Client Challenge

The traditional way of using a gas generator is having it stand-by 24/7. However, 95% of the time, the generator is running below its peak-efficiency.


By adding Battery Energy Storage System into the system, the generator will only be turned on for less than 1/5 of its original running hours; TROES’ solution improves fuel consumption by 40%. The project also includes PV and combined with BESS, this microgrid upgrade saves 90% of fuel annually. This system is expandable in the future if more loads need to be supported.



TROES is the only company to create a BESS hardware + Microgrid Control software one-stop solution for this specific diesel optimization off-grid application. The function of our MiGrid-Operator™ software is able to satisfy specific client needs. Our software can be expanded for future client needs.
