Microgrid Leaders Circle 2025: Fostering Open Dialogue to Accelerate Decentralized Energy Innovation

TROES proudly hosted the inaugural Microgrid Leaders Circle, marking the launch of a quarterly forum designed to bring together a dynamic community of energy innovators, industry experts, and stakeholders. This ongoing series aims to foster collaborative conversations and accelerate progress in the microgrid and decentralized energy space.

The gathering featured thought-provoking presentations from leading voices including Vienna Zhou, CEO of TROES, who opened with insights on Emerging Global Trends in Microgrid Development. Other distinguished speakers included Gurkaran Gill (TROES) on Save on Energy Incentives, Theodore Mckibbon (Rexel Canada) discussing the distributor role in the EV BESS market, Simon Shao (Maxperr Energy) on Transportation Electrification, Ravi Pinnelli (Charge Power) addressing stakeholder management, and Abhik Bera (Schneider Electric) presenting integrated solutions for the evolving energy landscape.

However, the heart of the Microgrid Leaders Circle was the vibrant, interactive Q&A and Open Discussion session, hosted by Dennis dos Santos, CFO of TROES. This segment invited all attendees to actively participate—sharing insights, asking questions, and debating opportunities and challenges in microgrid deployment and energy transition.
