TROES Closes $1M Seed Round Financing

MARKHAM, ON, CANADA, June 29, 2021 – TROES a leading Battery Energy Storage and Microgrid Control technology firm offering advanced New Energy solutions for Commercial, Industrial and Institutional customers is excited to announce the successful completion of a $1 million seed round financing in March 2021.

The Seed round was led by a Texas-based family office and the York Angel Investor Group, along with contributions from other institutional funds including Artesian, High Park Angels, Launchub, OPN, New Brunswick Innovation Fund, Golden properties, BDC and others.

In April, TROES also received non-dilutable seed funding from Sustainable Development Technology Canada (SDTC). The use of proceeds for the Seed round includes product development, sales expansion and general corporate purposes.
